Demand for our puppies can begin months - sometimes a year - in advance. To give every family an equal opportunity, we use a waitlist pick-slot pricing structure. Families who join early select their puppy in pick order; once a litter reaches 8 weeks, remaining puppies are offered at our standard price.

Pricing is the same for every color and every litter. Your pick slot simply reflects when you joined the waitlist.
A deposit is required to join the waitlist and is applied toward your puppy's final price. Pennsylvania's 6% sales tax applies at pickup; a processing fee applies to card payments.

Our pricing reflects the care, time, and investment we put into raising healthy, well-socialized puppies. We follow a detailed process that includes health and genetic testing, ongoing veterinary care, a dedicated socialization team, high-quality nutrition (including raw diets to support gut health), and investments like safe play yards and enrichment spaces.
When you bring home a Kindred puppy, you become part of the Kindred family. We remain a resource and support system for the life of your dog - not just at pickup.

What payment options can I use?
We accept cash, cards (a card processing fee applies), and Zelle. We've also partnered with QuickBooks for additional options like Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, and bank transfers. Each option may carry its own processing fee. Pennsylvania's 6% sales tax applies at pickup.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We've partnered with Klarna to offer custom-designed payment plans that fit your budget.
Do you have different prices for different coat colors?
No. Even though some coats are more rare than others, we keep pricing consistent and use our waitlist + pick system to keep the process fair for every family.
Why do you use a pick system?
A waitlist and pick order is the fairest, most organized way for families to move through the process. It also encourages thoughtful matches between puppies and families early on - even before the puppies are born.
Do I have to leave a deposit to join the waitlist?
Yes. A deposit officially secures your spot in the pick order for your preferred litter, and the good news is your deposit is applied toward your puppy's final price.
Do you have a health guarantee?
Yes - we offer a two-year health guarantee. We've never had to use it, but we believe every family deserves to feel protected and supported, even in the rare 'what if' situations outside anyone's control.
